Creating artwork
Choose a photograph, crop the iris and review the processing information before you agree and send it. Your cropped iris passes through our editor, hosted by Railway, to OpenAI for AI image processing. The full original stays on your iPhone. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Your photographs
Only use photographs you own or have permission to use. Obtain permission from anyone whose iris you submit, including permission for the processing explained in our Privacy Policy. Adults must provide any consent required for a child’s photograph.
An artistic interpretation
Artwork may add or change colour and fine detail. It does not recover verified photographic detail and must not be used for medical assessment or identity verification. Review the result against your photograph before accepting it.
Iris photo credits
UK prices are £1.99 for one iris credit, £2.99 for two, or £3.99 for three. Credits do not expire. One credit creates one personal iris photo, with Plain artwork included. Sample irises and effect previews are free. Apple displays the price for your App Store country before payment.
Artistic effects
An individual artistic effect costs £1.99 in the UK and is a one-time purchase for every supported iris layout. An effect purchase does not include iris credits. There are no recurring subscriptions. Earlier purchases remain valid under their original terms.
Payments, refunds and recovery
Apple handles payment; House Of Iris Limited does not receive your card details. Sign in with the same Apple Account to recover your House of Iris credits and effects. Restore purchases is available in the iris options. A credit is reserved when processing starts and used when the app receives your iris. Failed or expired undelivered requests return the reserved credit. Apple handles refund requests; refunded purchases lose their associated access. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Your account and saved artwork
You can explore samples without signing in. Sign in with Apple when you want to buy or create. Your account keeps purchase access available across phones; it does not back up your photographs or artwork. The local library is excluded from device backups and is removed when you uninstall the app. Export artwork you want to keep. Account deletion is available in Settings.
Help and availability
Contact admin@houseofiris.gi about an artwork or purchase that needs attention. If a request was interrupted, check its saved status before trying again. Processing depends on an internet connection and service availability. Permission to process your photograph does not permit us to publish it or use it in advertising.
